2024 IGSS Welcomes You to Join Us

The International GeoInformatics Summer School (IGSS) has been organized by State Key Lab of Information Engineering in Surveying, Mapping and Remote Sensing (LIESMARS) at Wuhan University since 2011.

2024 IGSS will be held from June 23rd-29th, 2024 in Wuhan, China.

 

IGSS offers young GeoInformatics scholars from all over the world an international and strongly academic summer session where outstanding lecturers and young talents can meet to explore new ideas.

Featured Activities

Excellent Presentation Award

Participants will finish and present course projects at the end of the course. The presentations will be evaluated, and one excellent project will be selected from each course and be presented again during the Closing Ceremony. Each member of the excellent project group will be awarded an excellent participant certificate.

Culture Exchange Activities

IGSS is a great platform for everyone to introduce, share, and exchange cultures. Students will have chances to learn about Chinese culture and introduce their own cultures through icebreaking activities, museum/campus visit, parties, etc.
