摘要:This letter presents a method of seamline determination based on segmentation for orthoimage mosaicking in an urban area. Image segmentation is used to achieve regions of objects. First, preferred regions through which seamlines are inclined to be passed are determined by spans of segmented regions. Second, pixel-level optimization is carried out using Dijkstra's algorithm based on differential cost to find the optimized seamline. The experimental results on digital aerial orthoimages in the urban area prove that the new method is promising for the seamline determination in mosaicking.
