General Guidelines of Submission

Authors can choose to submit either an extended abstract or a full paper (but not both).

These guidelines include complete descriptions of the fonts, spacing, and related information for producing your proceedings manuscripts. Please follow them and if you have any questions, direct them to 2023 International Graduate Workshop on GeoInformatics committee: Email: IGWG2023@whu.edu.cn

The number of words: For extended abstract, it should be at least 500 words, and no more than 1000 words. For the full paper, it should be at least 1500 words.

Title: Titles should be written in uppercase and lowercase letters, not all uppercase. 18-point, Times New Roman, bold face font type, centered in the column is required.

Authors’ name(s) and affiliation(s): The authors’ name(s) and affiliation(s) appear below the title in capital and lower case letters. Papers with multiple authors and affiliations may require two or more lines for this information. Use Times New Roman 10.5-point font type, single spaced.

Abstract and Keywords (only for the full paper format): Use Times New Roman 10.5-point font type, single spaced. The abstract should contain about 100 to 150 words.

Major headings: Major headings, for example, “1. INTRODUCTION”, should appear in all capital letters, bold face, left-aligned in the column, with one blank line before, and one blank line after. Use a period (“.”) after the heading number, not a colon. Use Times New Roman 12-point font type, single-spaced.

Main body: The main body should appear with one blank line before, and one blank line after. Use Times New Roman 10.5-point type, single-spaced.

References: List and number all bibliographical references at the end of the paper.  The references can be numbered in alphabetic order or in order of appearance in the document. When referring to them in the text, type the corresponding reference number in square brackets as shown at the end of this sentence [1]. Use Times New Roman 10.5-point font type, single-spaced.
